Sponsorship Opportunities
As part of our fundraising efforts, we are looking for local businesses to support us with silent auction items and/or sponsor banners to be displayed in the big top entertainment tent, the beer garden and the food tent throughout the four-day festival.
We have thousands of people turnout for this event. Your sponsorship will not only be a terrific way to support the community, but also a great advertising opportunity. Here are ways in which you can show your support:

Gift Card Donation

Beer Garden Sponsorship - 1 Remaining
- The beer garden will be named in your honor in recognition of your generous donation.
- This premier sponsor will have several banners displayed prominently in the beer garden tent
- Servers will wear branded hats (provided by the sponsor)
- Beer will be served in branded cups for beer service (Fest will procure 2,500 cups)
- Name and logo will be prominently displayed on event flyers, website, and included in the weekend Parish bulletin.
- This premiere sponsor will be invited to participate in special marketing promotions.
- Donation: $10,000
- This premier sponsor will have 2 Large banners, one on each side of the main stage
- All tables in the main tent will feature a placard with your logo
- Prominent placement on all Fest marketing materials
- Name and logo will be prominently displayed on event flyers, website, and included in the weekend Parish bulletin.
- This premiere sponsor will be invited to participate in special marketing promotions.
- Donation: $7,500
- Premier sponsor will have a large banner displayed prominently on the Fest Grounds
- Name and logo will be prominently displayed on event flyers, website, and included in the weekend Parish bulletin.
- This premiere sponsor will be invited to participate in special marketing promotions.
- Donation: $5,000
- Premier sponsor will have a large banner displayed prominently in the main tent.
- Name and logo will be prominently displayed on event flyers, website, and included in the weekend Parish bulletin.
- Donation: $3,000
- Prominent Signage in the Volunteer sign in area
- Name and Logo included on volunteer related communication
- Donation: $1,500
- Prominent Signage in the Megabrand Redemption tent
- Name and Logo included on Wristband related communication
- Donation: $1,500
- 6x2 banner (your design) prominently placed on ride fencing for all to see
- Name on recognition Fest Banner
- 3 Mega bands
- $150 in drink coupons
- 5 Coupons for an Ice Cream Treat (Redeemable at the SJC Food table)
- Donation: $1,500
- Prominent Signage near the gift card pull and at the Gift Card Collection party
- Name and Logo included on Gift Card solicitation related communication
- Donation: $1,000
- Gold - Receive prime placement of a full 4’ x 2’ banner which will hang in the gathering area
- Name and logo will be included on event flyers, website, and included in the weekend Parish bulletin.
- Donation: $600
- 2x2 banner hung in family sponsor area
- 1 Mega Pass
- $25 in drink coupons
- Donation: $300
Gift Card Donation
- Please consider donating gift cards to be used in this year’s Gift Card (minimum value $25)
- All businesses who donate a gift card will be fully recognized in the displays in the Gift Card Tent.
